Support for Families

Child Centred Team Manager

Community Support

Chance Changing Lives Community Pantry
The Community Pantry based at 11-13 Coronation Cresent, Crewe CW1 4EQ is membership-based and is there to support people and families within our local community. It works a little like a local shop, giving members choice and dignity rather than simply providing a food parcel.
Membership assessments are carried out to look at household income and expenditure. This allows them to understand each family's circumstances and identify whether there are other areas where they may be able to offer support or signpost you to appropriate services.
If you are struggling financially then please let our Child Centred Team Manager aware who can refer you for support or families can also contact them directly or turn up at the Pantry and they will support you with the next steps.

Slow Cooker Course
Chance Changing Lives also run our free Slow Cooker Course, which is designed to help people prepare affordable, nutritious meals at home while making the most of their budget. The course is practical and friendly, with participants learning how to cook a range of simple meals they can recreate at home.
Please let the Child Centred Team Manager know if there is something you would be interested in or contact them directly on the below contact number.
